Designed to soften the industrial character of the development, the landscape strategy focused on creating a lush, subtropical environment that feels distinctly connected to the Gold Coast. Layered planting, cascading greenery and feature palms were used throughout the site to introduce texture, shade and visual interest, while helping to integrate the built form into its coastal setting.
The landscape design enhances the arrival experience, framing key architectural elements and creating a welcoming sense of place for occupants and visitors. Carefully selected plant species provide year-round interest, with a mix of structured and naturalistic planting delivering a balance of refinement and relaxed coastal character.
The result is a contemporary commercial development where landscape and architecture work together to create a greener, more inviting environment that reflects the lifestyle and climate of Currumbin.
