We’re excited to share that we’re about to break ground on an exciting new project at 4615 The Parkway, Sanctuary Cove. Set on a generous 1,500m² block with 40 metres of golf course frontage, this 1980s residence is about to undergo a complete transformation. With over 550m² of usable space under roof, we're reimagining the interiors from the ground up — modernising every corner to reflect the lifestyle of the new owners and their family. Our design vision focuses on seamlessly connecting the inside with the outside, creating flexible spaces that are perfect for both intimate family moments and large-scale entertaining — all while embracing the best of Queensland’s climate. Construction is set to commence in late October, and we’re looking forward to bringing this unique vision to life.
